Teardrop Style 1 Breast Forms – 300g Each / 600g Pair – Seconds

These lovely girls need a home. This is a one-off pair of my Teardrop Style 1 silicone breast forms, weighing 300g each / 600g per pair. They have some visible shape imperfections when unsupported, so they don’t meet the standard I expect from my full-price breast forms, but they are still lovely usable forms made from the same high-quality silicone.

Why are they seconds?

Manufacturing isn’t always perfect, and occasionally a pair arrives with a cosmetic or shape issue that falls short of my usual standards. I’m very particular about the shape and finish of my breast forms, so even when a pair is perfectly suitable to wear, I won’t sell them as perfect if they don’t look right.

They are made from the same high-quality silicone as my standard breast forms. I also really dislike seeing usable products go to waste. Breast forms take materials, energy and resources to manufacture, so if a pair can still be worn, enjoyed and loved, I would much rather be open about the imperfections, reduce the price and find them a home. Not perfect doesn’t have to mean wasted.

What’s imperfect about this pair?

This pair has been noticeably squashed and flattened around parts of the sides, so the outline is not as smooth and rounded as it should be.

Silicone breast forms are very soft, and occasionally they can become distorted if they are compressed during packing or transport — particularly in very warm weather, when the silicone can be more easily pushed out of shape. It can be something as simple as a form being packed a little too tightly or spending time in a hot delivery van.

The outer skin is intact and the forms have not been pierced or punctured. The squashing has affected their shape rather than damaging the skin, and I would not expect it to make them any more likely to puncture during normal use.

The distortion on this particular pair is quite noticeable when they are unsupported, which is why I’m grading them as 3★ seconds rather than 4★. They are perfectly usable, but their shape is visibly more uneven than I would allow for one of my 4★ pairs.

Once they are sitting securely inside a structured, lightly padded bra, I would expect the bra to help support the forms and smooth some of the unevenness. A bra with a little structure is likely to work better than a very soft or unlined style for this pair, although I can’t promise the flattened areas will disappear completely.

The photographs are of the actual pair you will receive, so please have a good look before ordering.

A lovely way to try breast forms for less

Seconds can be a great option if you’re buying breast forms for the first time, experimenting with a different size or shape, or simply fancy having a spare pair without paying full price.

You’re getting the same type of soft silicone breast form at a much lower price because of the visible imperfections. If those imperfections don’t particularly bother you once the forms are tucked into a bra, they can offer really good value. You save some money, something useful avoids unnecessary waste, and these girls get the chance to find a home.
