Buying, Postage & Returns
Here’s everything you need to know about paying, delivery, discreet packaging, returns and exchanges when ordering from me.
It really is just me here, so I try to keep things simple, fair and human — with no call centre maze to battle through. Whoop.

Payments & Bank Statements
You can pay securely at checkout using the payment options currently available on the website.
I use discreet payment wording wherever possible. Card payments are usually shown as JT or JT Store where the payment provider allows this.
PayPal may also be available at checkout. I set the PayPal statement wording as discreetly as PayPal allows, but PayPal controls how payments appear on PayPal, card and bank statements, so I cannot guarantee the same discreet wording for PayPal payments.
I know discretion matters to many of my customers, so I keep payment and delivery wording as private and plain as I can.
Postage & Dispatch
UK delivery is free, with paid upgrades available at checkout if you need your order more quickly. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. I do my best to post quickly, but delivery times are estimates and can be affected by Royal Mail, courier delays, Christmas, bank holidays and other busy times.
Estimated UK delivery times
Free UK delivery: usually 3–5 working days
Upgraded 1st Class delivery: usually 1–3 working days
UPS / DPD store collection or larger parcels: usually 1–3 working days
At the moment I post to the UK, Channel Islands, Australia and New Zealand only. I’m sorry this is limited, but export rules and fees have made international posting much more complicated.
Discreet Delivery & Local Collection Points
All parcels are sent discreetly, with no Jo Thornton branding on the outside.
The return address label uses JT for privacy. Most small single-item orders will fit through a letterbox, although larger or multiple-item orders may need different packaging.
Some products can feel soft or “squishy” through the parcel. Where possible, I offer packaging options on product pages, such as upgraded boxes, if you would prefer a firmer parcel.
For extra discretion, you can choose delivery to a local UPS or DPD collection point, such as a convenience store, parcel shop or small supermarket near you.
This is useful if you would rather not have your order delivered to your home address.
To use this option, choose the UPS or DPD collection point delivery option at checkout, then add the collection point name and postcode as your delivery address or leave the details in the checkout message box. You can also email me straight after ordering.
The courier will contact you when the parcel is ready to collect. You will usually need ID when collecting.
If you include your phone number for courier updates, it will only be used for delivery purposes.
Returns & Exchanges
I fully understand that breast enhancers, bra inserts and breast forms may not fit quite as expected, especially if you are buying for the first time.
I try to give as much detail as possible in my product listings and guides, but fit is personal. Size, shape, weight, bra style and your own body shape all make a difference — bodies do like to keep things interesting.
I have over 19 years of experience helping customers choose breast enhancers and breast forms, so please do use me if you are unsure. My help is all part of the service, whether you need sizing advice before ordering or help working out a better option afterwards.
If you need to return something because it is not quite right for you, or because you ordered a few styles to try, that is no problem. I can refund your purchase or help with an exchange so we can get you closer to the fit, shape and look you wanted.
Please contact me before sending anything back, so I can give you the correct return details and help you with the best next step.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For most products, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know that you would like to return it.
You then have another 14 days to send the item back.
Returned items must be unused, clean and in a resaleable condition. Opened tissue paper packaging is fine, as I understand you need to look at the product properly.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, the customer. I recommend using a tracked service, as I can only refund items that arrive back safely or where clear proof of return has been provided.
If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, that upgrade cost is not normally refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, shape or style, please contact me first so we can work out the best option.
You pay the return postage back to me, and I will cover the postage for the replacement item sent to you.
If you are not sure what to exchange for, tell me what didn’t feel right with the first item — too small, too big, too heavy, the wrong shape, not enough boost, too much boost, or just not quite “you”. That usually gives me a much better idea of what to suggest next.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or I have sent the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can put it right.
I may ask for a photo, depending on the issue, but I’ll keep it as simple as I can.
I will offer a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on what has happened and what works best for you.
For faulty or incorrect items, I will also refund reasonable return postage costs. Please keep your proof of postage or postage receipt.
Items That Cannot Usually Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, fashion tape, nipple covers and other adhesive products used on skin can usually only be returned if faulty, unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.
These products cannot safely be resold once opened, handled or used.

How to Return an Item
Please contact me before sending a return, so I can send you the correct return details and look out for your parcel.
When returning your item, please include:
Your name
Your order number, if you have it
Whether you would like a refund or exchange
Any notes that will help me process it quickly
Please package the item carefully so it arrives back in good condition.
Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel and other couriers can all be used for returns. I recommend using a tracked service, especially for higher-value items.
Breast enhancers can often be packed flat, side by side, and may fit as a Large Letter if the parcel is no more than 2.5cm thick. This can help keep return postage costs down.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has arrived back with me, or once you have provided clear proof that it has been posted back.
I process refunds as quickly as I can, and always within the required refund timescale.
Please allow extra time for your bank, card provider, PayPal or payment provider to show the refund in your account. This bit is sadly not instant, however much I might like to wave a magic refund wand.
If the returned item has been used, damaged, marked, or returned in a condition that means it cannot be resold, a deduction may be made from the refund where allowed.
Product Packaging
I pack orders carefully before dispatch, using discreet, plain outer packaging.
Most smaller single-item orders are packed to fit through a letterbox where possible. Larger orders, multiple items or upgraded packaging may need a bigger parcel.
Some breast enhancers, bra inserts and breast forms can feel soft through the packaging. If you would prefer a firmer parcel, please check the product page for any upgraded packaging options, or contact me before ordering.
Packaging details vary by product, so I include extra information on individual product pages where it is useful.
Environmental Packaging
I try to keep my packaging and processes as environmentally friendly as possible while still protecting your order properly.
Silicone breast enhancers, bra inserts, breast forms and adhesive products are not easy to make plastic-free. Silicone gel, plastics and adhesives are not currently recyclable in the way I would like, so it is a balancing act between realistic products, customer confidence and reducing waste.
What I can do is choose good-quality products that are designed to last. I want them to have a long life with you — ideally moving in and staying the duration, not ending up in the bin after five minutes.
Where possible:
I use recyclable or biodegradable tissue paper as my standard product packaging for breast enhancers and breast forms.
I avoid plastic wrapping on breast enhancers and breast forms.
My mailing bags can usually be recycled with soft plastics at large supermarkets and some smaller shops.
My optional storage boxes are recyclable once the ribbon tab, magnets and small metal discs are removed. The magnets can even have a glamorous second life on your fridge.
I use recyclable cardboard boxes and paper-based, non-plastic packing tape where possible.
I reuse clean packing materials from supplier parcels when suitable.
I recycle everything I can here at Jo Thornton HQ, including soft plastics.
Some parcels may include reused plastic air pillows or packing nuggets from supplier deliveries. I know they are not perfect, but I would rather reuse them than throw them straight away.
Some nuggets are eco nuggets, which are compostable and dissolve in water. Others are plastic-based and do not dissolve. Please reuse or recycle them where you can, so they have as long a life as possible.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters, especially when ordering personal products.
Your details are used only to process your order, arrange delivery, contact you about your order, and provide customer service.
If you provide a phone number for courier updates, it is used for delivery purposes only.
Payment details are processed securely by the payment provider and are never seen by me.
