Buying, Postage & Returns

My checkout accepts credit or debit cards just processed by either World Pay (titled as Create Payments) and Paypal, Both providers are experienced
checkout operators and use highly secure servers. Your bank statement and Paypal account will show the name JT for your discretion.

  • Postage and Dispatch
    Jo Thornton now has FREE UK POSTAGE on all orders! I thought it would be simpler for you, so the price you see is the price you pay.  All my products are sent by Second Class or Airmail through Royal Mail, with the checkout also offering upgrades to speedier First Class and discrete Collect + for store delivery; I will always dispatch your item as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of your purchase unless I notify you otherwise. As a seasoned online shopper myself, I know that you will want to enjoy your item as soon as possible, and do my best to ensure you can by getting it on the way to you within 24 hours on working days.

    I ship to all European countries and most others around the world. Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to the US or Canada due to insurance rules, and I am so sorry about this.
    If you click to buy the item/s and then select to go the BASKET rather than checkout, then you can change the country to yours and see the extra shipping cost before you move on to buy. If you have any problems, just get in touch.

  • Returns & Exchanges
    I fully understand that your breast enhancers and breast forms may not fit as you thought they would. I give as much detail and accurate pictures to help you choose, but if you decide that they are not right for you just get in touch. I can exchange as many times as you need to get the right pair or refund. I understand that the packaging may have been damaged - this is no problem as long as the product is in a perfect condition. I will pay all postage to post items to you, including replacement pairs, but unfortunately it is a buyers responsibility to return and pay for the return costs
    for posting back to me, unless the item is faulty. I will pay all costs if the item is found to be faulty within 1 calendar month of purchase. Fashion tape and nipple covers can only be returned if faulty due to hygiene reasons.  Please do get in touch if you think the product is not working as it should.

  • Product Packaging
    I ensure that all my items are well packaged; you will find the packaging instruction details for your item in the product description. If you buy
    multiple items these may be dispatched separately or packaged up together. Single items (excluding breast forms and possibly style 9 -12 breast enhancers) should always fit through your letter box, but if you wish to buy multiple items and still want them to fit through your letter box, please contact me before purchase to discuss your postage options. My return address label on the parcel will simply state the address rather than the full name for your discretion. The packaging of the products does not make the contents obvious, but if shipping to a place of work etc. I can package in jiffy bags or boxes. Just email [email protected] or use the "contact me" form to discuss your requirement and any extra costs involved.

  • Jo Thornton is an Environmentally-Friendly Company
    My products do contain plastics, and adhesives and these are non-recyclable.  I wish this was not the case, but silicone gives the best feel and result for breast forms. There are no fully environmentally-friendly alternatives available at present.  Because of this, I ensure that my products are well made. They are made to last.
    My packaging and working processes are all environmentally-friendly.  I recycyle all packaging I have here and I try to keep packaging to a minimum with all items that I send out. This enables me sell to you at a great price and reduces the negative impact on the environment - a win-win situation. I recently changed the product packaging to tissue paper to be fully degradable, I use paper labels on my products, the flyer is paper and the plastic mailing bag has added bio compounds to make it degrade. The jiffy bags I purchase have two layers so you can recycle the paper parts.  I would like to buy fully degradable ones, but as yet they are not available. I won't give up on that one though :)
    When you purchase a box I will send it in a recyclable card box and pad the inside with recyclable brown paper.  You may, however, receive plastic padded pillows that I also use.  These are reused having been sent to me, and I would urge you to do the same.  If you do not need them, many can be popped and recycled, subject to your local recycling scheme. 
  • Privacy Policy
    Jo Thornton is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected as all stages. Your payment details are never seen by me and are processed only by the secure payment companies. Your name, address and e-mail address are forwarded to me for product processing and are stored on my secure website provider's server.  I have a full data policy and when I download my sales information I remove all of your personal information immediately. I will never sell your details to a 3rd party (I know just how irritating that is!) and on your statement any payment will come up as JT for total discretion.
