Sometimes you only need one breast prosthesis rather than a full pair — after a mastectomy, to balance a natural difference, or to replace a lost or damaged form. This single silicone breast form offers the same soft feel and natural shape as my pairs, designed to sit comfortably inside a bra.

Full Weight Silicone Breast Prosthesis

This breast form is made from full-weight silicone, creating a realistic silicone breast prosthesis that feels much closer to natural breast tissue.

Many temporary breast prostheses provided through the NHS are around 30% lighter, often made with lightweight materials or hollow silicone. A full silicone breast form has a different feel. The weight is much closer to natural breast tissue, and many people prefer the natural movement, softness and gentle bounce that full silicone provides.

At approximately 400g, this size offers a little more fullness and projection while still maintaining the natural feel of full silicone when worn inside a bra.

Shape and Fit

Meet my Teardrop Style 1 — a classic little beauty. This shape has a gentle taper that rises higher up the chest, with a rounded teardrop top designed to echo the natural muscle above the bra cup.

Because of this higher shape, the form can sometimes sit slightly higher in the bra cup and may peek a little above very low-cut bras. In return, it creates a lovely lifted look with a full, rounded silhouette.

You can also tilt the form slightly toward the bra strap to create an even more natural contour inside the bra.

The smooth, flat back sits comfortably against the chest wall and moulds naturally to the body. This 400g size has a slightly more filled-in back, giving a stable fit and good projection while still sitting securely against the chest.

The form is finished with softly tinted realistic nipples raised to around 3mm.

  (for 40" bands and above, my wider Triangle or Pear styles may be a better fit)

• Recommended for full-cup bras of most types and materials

• Not recommended for balconette bras, as these forms represent the full breast and sit higher on the chest

• Extra-strong back designed to withstand movement and adhesives

• Softer, thinner front for a natural look and feel

• Safe for night wear when well supported

• Suitable for swimwear, though it may show above very low tops

• Can be used with Boobylicious tape or medical adhesive for additional security

• Optional silicone pert nipples can be added for a different look

• Hand wash gently with soap and water, then pat dry

Packaging

Each breast form is hand wrapped in recyclable eco tissue paper, placed inside a padded jiffy bag, and then sealed inside a strong waterproof mailing bag for extra protection during delivery.

The jiffy bag can be separated for recycling — the paper layer goes into household recycling, while the bubble wrap can be taken to larger supermarkets that accept soft plastic recycling.

A sleek black storage box is also available as an upgrade. If selected, it will be packed with additional padding and posted inside a plain outer box for discreet delivery.
